Customers Overview

The customers module provides you a full list of all customers that are currently served in the SFA system.

In this module you will be able to add new customers or edit existing customer details.

Steps:

  1. Click the Customers button.   Step 1
  2. The list of customers are displayed.

    You may navigate across using the possible three options as below:
    1. Using the page links or next & previous page links at the bottom of the page and move page to page.
    2. Select the desired territory and click the Search button
    3. You may type in a keyword into the Search field and click the Search button to provide the desired results.   Step 2
  3. At the top of the section you shall see the functions to:

    - Add a New Customer
    - Import Customer Balances (for credit control purposes)
    - View Territory

    You may additionally choose to view individual customer detals by clicking the edit link against an existing customer.
    Aditionally you may view the discounts the customer is eligible for accordingly by clicking the Discount link.
    As administrator you may delete a customer if so desired by clicking the delete link against the customer.   Step 3
  4. Click the Edit link against the desired customer you wish to view or edit details.   Step 4
  5. You are presented with the view of customer information.

    Ensure that the Mobile 1 number is properly filled out. This will ensure that any enterprise SMS is sending verification codes to the right number.

    After filling the necessary information you may scroll to the botton of this form and confirm details by clicking the Save button.

    If you wish to discard the details you may click on the Close button   Step 5
  6. Click the button of the scrollbar.   Step 6
  7. Click the Save button.   Step 7
